Simply describe the job in your own words - either by speaking or typing. Mention the customer, location, scope of work, and any materials needed. Our AI will generate a professional quote in seconds.

The AI uses your Pricing Brain™ to learn from your past quotes and apply your pricing patterns automatically.

You can edit any quote before downloading or sharing. Simply click on any line item to adjust quantities, rates, or totals.

Every correction teaches the AI. When you edit a quote, the AI learns your preferences and gets more accurate over time. This is how your Pricing Brain™ gets smarter.

During onboarding, you'll set your hourly labor rate, material markup percentage, and minimum job amount. These become your baseline pricing settings.

You can update these anytime in Account → Pricing Brain™ → Global Settings.

Yes! quoted.it works on any device with a web browser. The interface is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use.

Voice input works great on mobile - just tap the microphone button and describe the job while you're on-site.

Pricing & Billing

Free Trial: 7 days, 75 quotes to test the system

Starter ($19/month): 75 quotes/month, voice input, Pricing Brain™ learning, PDF download

Pro ($39/month): 200 quotes/month, custom branding, priority support

Team ($79/month): Unlimited quotes, team features, API access

Your quote limit resets on your billing date each month. For example, if you're on the Starter plan (30 quotes/month) and you signed up on the 15th, you get 30 quotes from the 15th of each month to the 14th of the next month.

You can see your current usage in Account → Billing.

When your 7-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, you won't be able to generate new quotes, but you can still access and download your existing quotes.

Your Pricing Brain™ data is saved - if you upgrade later, all your learning history is preserved.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Account → Billing.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Using Quoted

After generating a quote, you can click on any line item to edit the quantity, rate, or total. Changes are saved automatically.

You can also add new line items, remove items, or adjust the overall structure before downloading or sharing.

Custom branding (including logos) is available on the Pro plan and above.

Go to Account → Billing → Branding Settings to upload your logo and customize your quote appearance.

You have three options:

1. Download PDF: Click "Download PDF" and send the file via email or text.

2. Share Link: Click "Share" to generate a shareable link that customers can view in their browser.

3. Email Direct (coming soon): Send quotes directly from quoted.it via email.

The Pricing Brain™ is quoted.it's AI learning system. It learns your pricing patterns from every quote you create and every correction you make.

Over time, it gets better at predicting labor hours, material costs, and total pricing - making your quotes more accurate and requiring fewer manual adjustments.

You can see what it's learned in Account → Pricing Brain™.

Troubleshooting

Check browser permissions: Make sure you've allowed microphone access in your browser settings.

Try a different browser: Chrome, Safari, and Edge have the best voice support. Firefox may have issues on some devices.

Check your microphone: Test your mic in another app to confirm it's working.

The AI gets more accurate over time. Here's how to help it learn:

1. Edit the quote: Click any line item and adjust to match your actual pricing.

2. Be specific in your input: The more details you provide (materials, square footage, labor hours), the better the estimate.

3. Check your Pricing Brain™: Review Account → Pricing Brain™ to see if your global settings (hourly rate, markup %) are correct.

• Description of the issue

• What you were trying to do

• Screenshots if possible

We typically respond within 24 hours (Pro/Business customers get priority support).

Go to Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

If you want to permanently delete all your data, email support@quoted.it.com and we'll process your deletion request within 7 business days.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
